Meet Our Leadership

Debbie Wooldridge

President/CEO

Debbie Wooldridge, founding president and CEO of DW Training and Development, Inc. dba ttcInnovations, had an idea for helping businesses improve their performance through effective training strategies and programs. Under her skillful and experienced leadership, ttcInnovations provides businesses with engaging learning solutions that adopt a host of performance support options. The consulting firm she created in 2001 has grown from a team of five creative members to over 100 Innovators regularly working on over 200 client projects a year. Being at the helm of ttcInnovations isn’t Debbie’s only passion; she is also an avid runner (and marked a huge tick off her bucket list by running the Boston Marathon in 2017) and mother of twin Millennials. Being a parent of Millennials and their spouses has spurred her passion around this generation, which led to her authoring two Amazon Best-Selling books, Unleashing the Intrapreneur – Changing the Face of Corporate America One Millennial at a Time and A Manager’s Guide to Unleashing the Intrapreneur. Prior to ttcInnovations, Debbie worked as an executive director for a non-profit organization, a training manager for a national corporation and facilitated leadership training across the country.
