We are so excited to share that after being nominated again by our very own Innovators, we have been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Business Intelligence Group for the second year in a row! We are honored and privileged to accept this award from the best judges — the people who work at ttcInnovations! The award seeks to recognize companies that are actively working to improve their performance by challenging employees and providing a fun and engaging work environment.

With the recent launch of our staff augmentation division, Innovators on Demand™, we have been striving the past year to encourage innovation and advance our employees’ careers, knowledge, and performance. We’ve also implemented the ttcAcademy, which is a companywide learning resource. This was originally dreamed up and put together by our HR team as an onboarding tool, but shortly after conception it was clear how helpful it would be to all employees and contractors alike. Our fearless leaders had this to say about the prestigious honor of consecutive awards:

“We are so honored our employees have voted us as a Best Place to Work for another year. This award exemplifies our commitment along with the hard work of our employees to cultivate an open, collaborative, inclusive, team-oriented culture. Thank you to all our valued employees, who have been instrumental in making ttcInnovations’ culture great!” — Dana Janssen, Chief Human Resources Officer

“I am humbled that our company has received this award for a second year in a row. This honor is a testament to our company culture built on our core values of innovation, quality, integrity, and responsiveness. Our success is a testament to our focused, engaged and motivated team members committed to delivering custom learning solutions. I’m even more excited about our team’s future after the successful launch of our newest division, Innovators on Demand™, at the end of last year.” — Debbie Wooldridge, CEO & Founder

The Business Intelligence Group was founded with the mission of recognizing true talent and superior performance in the business world. Unlike other industry and business award programs, business executives—those with experience and knowledge—judge the programs. The organization’s proprietary and unique scoring system selectively measures performance across multiple business domains and then rewards those companies whose achievements stand above those of their peers.

“Congratulations to ttcInnovations for building an organization focused on employee engagement and performance. It was clear from analyzing the employee survey data that this is a great place to work and employee feedback is not only listened to, but acted upon.” — Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of the Business Intelligence Group
